Cantus Portugueses takes traditional melodies from every corner of Portugal and gives them new arrangements, with the colours of classical music. On both of their records we kept the whole group playing together in one room — so you hear the ensemble breathe as one.

Hi, I'm Vini.
A Brazilian producer and engineer, trained between São Paulo and Cologne.
I studied classical guitar at USP and music production at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, and I've been recording acoustic music and running live sound since my teens. Growing up with Brazilian music taught me to listen for what makes a record feel alive — the weight of a groove, the breath of a voice. That's the ear I bring to pop, indie and folk: a fresh perspective that hears what's special in your song, and the patience to protect it all the way to the master.
